Let’s sit down and have a heart to heart on what it REALLY takes to kick STRESS to the CURB!

Let me start off with a dose of truth…

Building a life with less stress…less busy…requires you to make some sacrifices.

So let me ask you, what are you giving up or sacrificing at the moment to get the personal growth you need to get where you want to be?

If you can’t come up with anything significant then you probably aren’t passionate enough about achieving the freedom from stress.

Most women who are ready to be done with stress will tell you to achieve things like this:

  • Time with family
  • A good night’s sleep
  • Leisure time with friends
  • A vacation you’ve put on a vision board or have been talking about taking for years

You must sacrifice some things in life for the short term to have more time and less stress for the remainder of your future.

But Annie, isn’t it going to take some time to be able to gain this type of freedom from stress? 

YES, but let’s not lose sight of the big picture here!

You will need to sacrifice some of the goals and things you want to get what you desire!

Too Much to Bear

The sacrifices you’ll make are only for a season.

Imagine a season for 3 years!  LOL!!  My season was 3 years and I don’t want that for you! That’s why I have created my newest course!

Imagine shedding the pressures and stresses of life that takes most people years and years and you being able to take all those off in a few weeks.

I remember driving the kids to school in 2017 one day on a snowy morning and getting to school without even remembering how I got there. 

The daily pressures were piling up…and as I said my goodbyes to the kids it felt like my heart dropped and was about to fall out of my chest….the stress was too much to bear anymore. 

And in 2017 I was working for a year on trying to stress less….the not knowing what to do was just yet another thing that stressed me out!

Ever find yourself stuck in that type of rut?

The idea of even getting out of my rut seemed stressful and impossible! And that was the main reason why I didn’t even attempt to fix it and I shelved the idea for years and years.

My Wellness Course

If I was even told the future and that I would design a course to help this, I would have never believed them.

At that time there was nothing like my course that fell into my lap. I was spending thousands on coaches, seminars, products, and books for the cure! I often would finish a book and think I had what it took…but I found that I would revert back to my old habits of stress very quickly!

In 2019 I had begun to achieve all the things I was working so hard for….I had worked way too hard. Living a life with less stress is not effortless by any means, but it shouldn’t be so hard! And that is why I have designed this course for you!

You’re going to learn how to manage the common stress causing problems that come from…

  2. Motherhood
  3. Relationships
  4. Time/Schedules

You’re going to learn how to understand and align yourself with your thoughts, such as…

Am I enough?

Am I doing enough?

Am I doing too much?

If you keep doing what you’re doing 5 years from now? How would you feel? How about if it keeps going like this for even 5 more months? We keep thinking that we have so much time…but it goes by far too quick…every moment you grow older it gets faster and faster.

Listen, friend, no big reward comes without some level of sacrifice (write this down and keep it some place so you can see it daily).

Putting off the life you want to live for much longer is NOT sustainable.

Losing sleep for too long is NOT sustainable.

The health issues we as women inherit by stressing are NOT sustainable.

When you take the time to get it right this time you’re going to be able to.

STOP accepting others expectations for you.
STOP feeling like your life is out of control.

You have a big vision for your life and the ones that are important to you, you won’t feel bad about making temporary sacrifices to achieve it with this course.

Because in the long run you know that the things you give up will have a way of finding their way back to you….and this next time so much better than ever before.
