There’s one big thing that can change this year for the
Holidays! It’s EASE!!You will optimize your holidays….lets
have “ease” around food! And “ease” around our outlook of
the holidays
This is a tip on how to find things to be grateful for during a
pandemic


Down below is a Tip for eating this Holiday Season:Let’s
shift from focusing on trying to eat “perfect” to forming a
positive relationship with food.

A positive relationship with food is one where you can balance the honoring of  many roles that food plays in your life.
Remember that one of food’s roles is the vital nourishment it
gives your body. Another role is joy and pleasure it  brings. 
The joy and the pleasure of Thanksgiving brings for me  a
memory of eating the yummy desserts as a child. Desserts
bring us pleasure and let’s remember not to be so hard on ourselves. Lets focus on grace! We of course want to feel great the
next day, so for me I keep gluten out of my desserts. 

If you’re focused on achieving a specific result with eating, it
can be really challenging to view the bigger picture and
remember that balanced eating habits are going to support you much more — both in the short-term and in the long-term —

Restrictive eating can bring shame and guilt…this holiday season, do you wanna start to focus on the joy and happiness that
life brings?
I was looking for a one size fits all diet that would help me lose weight fast and I was skeptical of an alternative, wholesome approach to wellness! I now teach this said alternative
wholesome approach to wellness! My perception has changed about food in general when learning a simple 80/20 lifestyle!
Diet’s are not what I do or how I choose to live my life! I
choose to select more and I teach more! It’s not all about losing weight fast!
